Chalk Hill Luna Shiraz 2016
Cellaring: This wine is made for immediate consumption, however, will reward cellaring for 3-5 years.
Pike & Joyce Pinot Gris 2017
91 pts (James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion)
The palate is medium bodied possessing stone fruit mentioned above and some mineral/stony textures that gently wash over the mid palate providing length and interest. Balanced acidity ensures the wine does not finish fat or heavy.
Summary: The Adelaide Hills region has proven to be well suited to growing Pinot Gris successfully. This is the 12th release of the Pike & Joyce version and we think one of the best. It is still one of the best white wines to pair up with spicy Asian food. Drink now and the next 3-5 years.
Hesketh Wild at Heart Rose

Cellaring: Best enjoyed young and fresh, or up to 2 years if you really have to.
Hesketh Clare Valley Riesling 2014

Pike & Joyce Rapide Pinot Noir 2017
Aroma: Bright strawberry, red cherry and raspberry fruits with just a hints of damp undergrowth and forest floor there in the mix too. Typical Pinot.
Palate: Although light in body, the palate has lovely depth of the red fruits mentioned above, fine tannins and balanced acidity. Lush & plush finish.
Hesketh Twist of Faith Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Aroma: A classic Cabernet nose that just jumps right out of the glass with aromas of cassis, cedar and roasted coffee beans
Palate: Dark blackcurrants layered with cassis and dark chocolate are wrapped up in an elegant whirl of French oak. Nice grippy tannins and a velvety smooth, lingering finish.
Food Match: BBQ beef short-ribs with homemade slaw
