92 pts (James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion)
2012 – Although typically elegant, the palate has good concentration of juicy strawberry / cherry fruit and just a hint of oak and maybe some damp earth. Fine tannins and balanced acid add some length and a little structure to the palate.
Summary: One of the better years for Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills in recent times. This wine should drink nicely now and over the next 5-7 years. Take a bottle to your favourite Chinese Restaurant and order the Peking Duck. Delicious.
